Renovation projects represent one-third of our workload and include all building types.  Our staff’s extensive  renovation experience initiates creative solutions, such as the Pier 59 foundation replacement that allowed the Seattle Aquarium to remain operational while 30% of the building and 100% of the foundations were replaced.
